Does anyone know where I can find the cable that runs the rear window? I tried the dealer and its discontinued

If your asking about the regulator cable that comes from the motor LMC Truck should have it.

not to steal the topic here, but i unhooked my cable to try to roll the window down and it twists but feels like its about to break.? how is it suppose to work? i tried searching but couldnt find anything specific to my question

I use my cordless drill and twist too. It gets stuck and I have to giggle the glass or pick up on it then it works again. It didn't do that befor the cable went bad

when i used my drill it felt like the cable was gonna break from twisting.

yea i know mine wont roll down at all so i cant even get the window down right now to find out whats wrong lol

sounds like the cable has some corrosion or something in it not preventing it from moving freely. I'd try replacing that first seeing as it would be the cheapest rout, Then move on to the regulator and rails. I had the same issue about two years ago. I thought the motor was going out, but to my surprise after i replaced the cable and lubed up the regulator it all worked like new!

Don't forget, the cable runs to a transmission on the regulator that converts the turns to a gear that then raises the window. You may need to remove the cable from the transmission then make sure it turns. If it turns fine, you may need to look at the transmission and regulator to find the real issue.
