I replaced all the weatherstripping on mine, which in turn made the rear window mad at me. Installed the K5squared relay kit last night and must say I'm quite pleased! I've got a new Optima battery but it still wouldn't go all the way up (even after doing the up/down/up/down 20 times), with the truck shut off it now goes up all the way the first time, and quite rapidly. Hardest part was running the hot wire all the way through the factory loom (not necessary but I wanted it that way) to the battery. Had to drill out the holes in the supplied wiring connectors (hole was too small for the bolts they provide), other than that everything went smooth. I only got the rear window kit, mine has good old roll up's in front. I also replaced the factory switch at the same time, just cuz the original was nice and sloppy.

Bit of an old thread, but I'll share my experience with slow windows. The clock spring that is part of the regulator gets quite rusty and corroded. That results in a ton of internal resistance to the window moving. The spring tightens up on itself when the window is lowered, then must unwind to raise the window (helps lift the window weight). When it gets all rusty, it not only isn't lifting the window, but it is binding on itself and fights the motor.
Take the regulator out and really lube and clean the clock-spring.
Or, a whole new regulator with motor is around $50.
