K5 tailgate diagram inclued few ?'s

I am going to place a order #10 run channels for my 87 K5 but could not find #8 Glass guide channel cap any where on/in tailgate. Guessing I should order correct?
How hard is it to put the roller/rivets on #16 need both here.

Have the 18 pc set of weather strip on it's was from 1Aauto vendor here should be here tomorrow. Just trying to get all my ducks in a row here. Any help here?

#8 is the piece that is about 2" from his right hand pinky knuckle in this pic:

Black plastic piece that is screwed to the top edge of the tailgate on either side. You can see the one interior screw clearly, the exterior one is harder to make out.

Been having problems with those on mine, the screws keep getting lost. Even after welding the holes closed and re-creating them.

Not that tough, I couldn't see paying those prices for a rivet and plastic roller, and I don't like those plastic rollers anyway. Not sure how they lasted as long as they did (most don't seem to have a problem), but for some reason all the ones I've taken apart are seized up and flat spotted. I figure the bearing will make this a problem I won't deal with again.
