K5 tailgate window run channels removal

I was wonder is there a write up or can some tell me correct procedure to remove and replace window run channels on 87 k5? There is one run channel with felt on reach side of tailgate for window to go up and down in.

Also is LMC only person making these at this time? Thanks in advance.
