K5 top on a K10 shortbox

Just running the idea through my head, but the wife and I would like more sheltered space for our dog and tools and such on the truck, and were looking at maybe running something like ORD's K5 soft-top and taking out the rear glass of the K10. Would/could this work?

What about a stock K5 Hardtop?

What other options for sheltering/enclosing the bed area of a pickup for trail use? The wife even suggested selling the K10 and getting a J**p I'll have none of that

If my memory is correct and it may not be, a short box is 6' and the Blazer back is 5 and a half, so neither would fit
They do sell soft tops for a pickup
