K5 vs. K10 Blazer question

I'm new to this forum. Been looking to buy full size a 2wd Blazer, 1973-1992 model. Seen some listed as K5's and others listed as K10's. What the differents in the 5 vs the 10

no diffrence . the titles say k10. but the factory badges were k5 to denote just blazers. or some people are just lazy and list them any way thay want like 4x4 c-10 .

k=4x4

c=2x4

10=1/2

so on.
