K5 with 3/4-ton conversion...but with 2WD running gear...

Just thought this looked strange. Never seen anyone go to the trouble to convert their Blazer to 3/4 ton 2WD. Must have been 2WD to begin with.

Yep, second digit of VIN is "C", so it started out life 2WD. (You Might Be A Nerd If ... you know that without thinking =))

Now, I note that all it says is that the truck has an 8-lug rear ... the front is prolly still five lug.

And yeah, if that's a one-year body style, I guess "1973" Blazers were made for 1973, 1974 and 1975
