I searched and didn't find any mention of the stuff on the whole forum, so I'd assume at least the majority didn't know about this stuff. I've grown up using it since before I remember. It just flat out puts PB Blaster to shame. I use it with firearms and air tools too (when I don't have cat oil around).

I'm excited cuz the two cans I ordered just came in the mail. I've always ordered it through work because I figured there would be some sort of verification that you're a legitimate business, but no issues with it coming right to my house.

Never hear of the Kano Kroil. PB Blaster is the stuff of choice for me. Is it explosive?

Kroil has been mentioned quite a few times over the years in here.. never tried it myself.... I've been a PB user for about 20 yrs.... but i've taken to using Deep Creep in recent yrs... stuff works awesome...

Who cares if it works - you didn't answer my question - is it explosive? :D

Kroil is amazing stuff. I use it extensively in the garage, as well as for my guns (bore cleaning/protectant, spray in action, cleaning exterior surfaces).

I've broken corroded fittings free that were damn near fused into one piece, and it keeps even my blackpowder rifle bore mirror bright.

I also happen to think it smells great.

What about some of their other products? Anyone try them? How about the external engine cleaner/degreaser? Or will it eat away your plastics it's so good :haha:

Kroil is the cats as$. Buddy gave me a can cause I'm known for breaking bolts I now use it on almost every rusted bolt i mess with. Its gotten some loose that i thought i was going to have to torch off.
One time i went to use an old disc to make a food plot for the deer, hadn't used it in years, the disc's wouldn't turn. Sprayed'em up and were spinning freely by hand in minutes. Stuff works wonders and smells good too.

it's the same company that makes SeaFoam

Use it all the time, we have cases of it downstairs. Dad first started using "rustys", then it became unavailable, the guys at the power plant used "kroil" (no silicon) and it was just about the same chemical mix, so dad got the "silirkoil" because it left the silicon behind to keep the metal from rusting again. I use it on everything just about.

Heck, even keep a can of it in my room, works pretty good at killing mud dobbers.

I tried it years ago just cause I thought the name was cool LOL

I know have a can on hand usually. Kind of hard to find local anymore might just have to start ordering over the internet

Didn't realize that the common superconductor in computer chips could be used as a lubricant. I always thought that was silicone, like boobies.

:p
Ya, I'm the spelling police. :D

Gotta say, I love the stuff. I had heard about it for years on the internet and finally picked up a can at a local gun show. Use it all the time now on the guns to clean 'em and starting to use it on the trucks too.

If you can figure out how to make a superconducting microprocessor affordable and practical to operate at room temperature (and therefore common), you'd be riiiiiich. Until then we'll probably be stuck with silicon as a semiconductor. Ya, I'm the engineering police :D:D:D
