Katemcy Rocks: Memorial Day '09 (56k=death)

had a blast this weekend up at Katemcy Rocks, it was my first and unfortunately my last time experiencing this place. place was swarming with jeeps, had a few nice fullsizes running around, with my truck being the only full bodied obs gm truck out there.

carnage report from our group:
I broke a center pin mid saturday got that fixed then ended up twisting my rear driveshaft in half later that day. also had a tree kiss my bedside
k5/s10 broke a centerpin as well
sas dakota blew something that has still yet to be determined in his front axle that prevented either of his front tires from getting power then his radiator blew up so violently that it dented the underneath of his hood
1ton jeep blew a 1350 joint at the front output of the tcase

its my last time because they are closing down the park about mid june... the way i hear it the original land owner passed away and the 30 year lease the ppl that ran the park had ran out and the son of the deceased owner wants to build a house or something on the land so he is refusing renewal of the lease with the ppl who ran the park

I liked your rigs I never got a chance to come over and say hey. I was in the copperheadfab jeep. Ill post up some pics if ya dont mind the hijack lol. It was an awsome trip and I hate to see it go. We spoke with Randy and he said he had others in the works so keep your fingers crossed!!!!
