My dad gave me some old KC lights he bought at a yard sale, but I can't get any of them (4) to work. Two of them are rough but I wanted to turn the 4 into 2 working ones. I don't think the bulbs are bad, but it could be. Can you buy a replacement bulb or parts for these? They are the old black ones with the rubber bushings on the bottom where the bolt is.
