I was wondering about the Kenwood KSC-SW1 - will it fit under K5 driver's seat? The passenger seat isn't an option because of the seat tilt mechanism, but I was wondering if that small powered sub would fit under the driver's seat on an '85 K5. Sometimes advertised dimensions (in this case 15-3/4"W x 3-11/16"H x 9-1/16"D) don't necessarily give you the whole picture. Sometimes the unit will fit, but some connections need a little more clearance, and so forth.
Then again, I could order one from Crutchfield, actually try the physical fit, and send it back (they'd pay ground ship both ways) if it looked like it wouldn't work in that spot, but I thought that someone might have tried this before.
