Got all the suspension piece from kert. Just what i expected. Exactly what i wanted, for the price i wanted, when i wanted them! Kert is a stand up guy that does quality work for a non quality price. heres the pics:
btw: i never realized how big 7.25" shackles are:rolleyes:

they are front spring front eye hangers. i had him leave them undrilled so i could get everthing where i needed it when i mounted them. im sure he coulda done it (hell he offered too) but im going to wait until i mock everything up to start drill holes.

Ya, that's what's cool about Kert - he can do almost anything you want.

Finally putting those Alcan's to good use I see.

btw - Got the cell today, looks good, thanks again Nick.

Not a problem pete. Yeah i got all the stuff to put them in, but no truck to put it in:rolleyes::doah: im going on the 11th to look at a diesel k5. those alcans are nice man. there alot softer than even a 4" tc and have a ton of arch. im glad i bought em:D

Can you readjust your pics to be in a stacked top to bottom form instead of a stacked side by side form. Major PITA to have to scroll half a mile to the side LOL

   They are stacked top to bottom on my screen.

Not on mine, i had to scroll to see all the pics, plus I just had to scroll a bunch just to find the reply box to type in

it works fine on mine. ill edit it and hit enter in between pics. not sure why it works fine for some and not for others:confused:

no titanium, but yes you can use 1.5" bushing with these. :D it is 2" tube, .250" wall so they fit without sleeves. i ordered my busings from ord. they are the same as aftermarket lift spring front bushings, 1.5" diameter, 3.5" outside and 2.5" inside

no idea if he will. i designed them, sent him the blueprints and he built em. if he does start selling then id like some credit:D honestly if you just called him im sure he'd make you up some. i really think he should start seeling them through his site, im willing to bet a ton of you guys would want em'

is there a zerk fitting provision so you can grease the bushings with out dissassembly and so you dont have to run the drilled zerk fitting bolts?

My ride seems to chew the rear bushings, top and bottom, at or voracious rate. Maybe this would help....?
