Key stuck in ignition?

hey on the new 75 blazer I got the key will not come out of the ignition.
Is there a trick or a hidden button to push/pull to get it out?
If the button is broken off because I can’t see one what else can I do to get it out?
 
No tricks, just giggle it around while pulling on it.
If it's still stuck just replace the cylinder.

They probably sent the wrong key with the truck when you got it

Soooo changing the cylinder is a really good idea
 
Where is the best place to get a replacement and is it hard to change?

It might be they cut a brand new key for it,and its snagging on the tumblers--could try holding the key against a spinning wire wheel to buff the teeth edges smooth ,if you can get it out..

Might be a good idea to replace the ignition lock anyways--never know who may still have a key for the truck!..

The truck came from about 1000miles away so no worries there...
But it would be nice to get it out so someone doesn’t decide to take it for a spin 1000 miles away
