Kick Down Setup on Drive By Wire Throttle Systems?

Does anyone here have a bracket setup for adding a kick down switch to the drive by wire engine swaps? I'm needing to add one to my Gen 5 swap with a TH400 trans and I'm looking for ideas and / or pics.

A TH400 didn't use a cable. They have a switch that's used instead.
