So it cracks me up what my kids say. On the the way home from Moab my wife ask our kids what their favorite trail was. My 4yr old little girl thinks about it, lights up with excitement and says area STD. :haha: me and the wife both say what!? She repeats it very proudly and we crack up.
Then on the way home from daycare tonight she randomly says daddy I want to goto Moab for my birthday (in June). I ask her how about south Dakota instead its closer. She says ok we go to south Dakota rock crawling for my birthday.
Also my boy (3 yr old) has watched ultimate adventure movies probably 5 times since we left Moab. Everytime the ORD flag buggy is shown he says daddy look the flag buggy. Like on my poster. We rock crawled with them. Remember that boy got to drive it on the obstacle? I want to drive the obstacle. Just funny what they remember.
So what have your kids said?

Maybe she made the connection to Area BFE and Britney Spears???????

My daughter eats LIFE cereal, but for some reason she calls it LOVE.

She says "mommy make me some love" "mommy you make the best love"

Kids do say some funny stuff

Bailey has told everyone we own a hotel in Moab and will be staying there next time we go. :haha::haha:

I think next year we should look into renting a house in town...I heard a 3 bedroom with a pool and garage goes for 125$ a day

My son asked what BFE stood for. He had to keep a journal for school and I was asking my wife what the teacher would think when he saw "BFE" throughout the journal.

One of my sons kept calling our cabin at Moab Rim a "log cabin".

When he saw the Umbrella Corp sign we made for Norby's rig, he exclaimed that Norby had stole the idea from me. I had to explain that we made it for him.

Oh yeah, on Poison Spider a lone Jeep passed us and then came back a short time later and said he wanted to watch us go up the Waterfall. My oldest son asked him why he was afraid to do it. :doah: Kids don't sugar-coat anything. :rotfl:

We had a 3 bdrm 3 bath, a small garage that we never opened, and brought the inflatable pool for $148 a night. Each room slept 4 people. House was clean, but retro is an understatement! Best use for oba was the pool!

Good stuff! My daughter ask what BFE was when we where out there, so I put the wife on the spot and she came up with best fun everywhere off the the top of her head!

We came up with "best fourwheeling everywhere". Took a bit to think it up though. I think they know something is up...

After Riley drove Mike Beckwith's buggy around he's pretty sure that we're going to start building a suzuki for him this weekend. He brought me a steering wheel from the junkyard and told me it was for the front steering and he wanted to use the stock wheel for the rear steer. He kept me up for over an hour on the drive home sunday night chattering about all the stuff we need to do to the suzuki. Jackson seemed to just take his day in Wally in stride which is good, he takes that stuff and just gets confident but not obnoxious. He did let somebody on the pritchett run know that they should just freespool the winch instead of running it out in a pretty matter of fact way.

When Jackson said that, I laughed so hard I about cried. :pimp:
