Anyone know of an RV junkyard in AZ or surround states. Or one that has a fair amount of conversion vans? Specifically I'm looking for one of those old "high top" aka "Turtle Top" conversion vans that I can cut the high top portion off of. Or if anyone has seen one of those old high top van conversions for sale cheap, that would work also, as in cheap being something for around $1000 or less.

Their is a place in Show Low, AZ near where I live called S&D Salvage? and they used to have quite a collection of conversion vans and had a few trailers/cab overs as well. Don't have their number but google + the city/state and it'll pop up I think. Also may want to check Show Low Auto/Wrecking I think it's called. They have quite a bit of odd things from old 2 ton trucks to really old Willy heeps.

Mr H, da man dat rescued the local landfill-bound Chalet, how goes the project? I never got around to visiting this place in central west Phoenix, maybe you can tell me what's over there.
