That’s at least a good area we can stage if we do have to many guys. What time?
We can definitely stage there, but I don't know about all of us camping there. We usually tape off the whole area with a gate at the front near the road that goes into the pits/back gate. It was about 100ft from the gate last year.
I wasn't saying camping there. Just meeting.

When is everyone going to be there? I can meet whenever. Are we going to go wheel something after we meet up? Just posing for pictures? Wandering through the vendor area?
Somebody had mentioned a night run. Would need to be mild as we want the trucks still together to get around Thursday and Friday.
Thursday is EMC day. I'll most likely be pitting and need to get up early with all my gear ready to go head out to remote pit 2a/2b (I always end up out there somehow...).

That's why I left the timing up to you. I knew you were pitting. Wednesday is UTV day, so I don't have anything to watch.
Has to be better than sitting at home.
I like pit 1. You're done early and can head back to camp before lunch.
And it can be fun getting there and back in the right vehicle.
I've only pitted there once and I was in the Silverado when it was stock...

How many of you guys have race radios? CB would be pretty annoying with that many people on the lakebed, but we could probably find a good race radio frequency.
I usually have cell service all week except Friday (too many people), so I can keep an eye on this thread. Plus we're usually hanging out at camp every night unless there's an event.
