Wide open dessert. No designated roads or routes. No speed limits. If it is clear, mash it.
Trying to explain that to most off roaders who have never been to the southwest desserts, is tough. Especially "jeepers who go Jeeping". One guy screamed at me that I had to "stay the trail". I said, there isn't a trail.

My buddy that works for Steinjager also said they lost the Steinjager totter home to a fire on the way in. Not sure if they rented a Semi to finish the trip or not.
