I purchased a 4" shackle flip back in 2009 - I already had one on my pickup and love it, and it was going to go on a Blazer I had.
Without having done anything to the Blazer, I sold it a while back. I was cleaning out my garage and came across the unused flip kit. I offered it for sale here, and another member bought it. Easy, right?
Next thing I know the buyer gets a hold of me and tells me I sold him a 2.5" flip kit...I felt like an idiot because I'd never even noticed or compared them to what I already had. In a moment of self-doubt, I called up ORD and spoke with Chris. He looked back through my purchase history and told me that I'd never ordered any 2.5" flips...he then went on to say that there must have been a shipping error and that he'd swap them out for free with the guy I'd sold them to.
So, without any expectation on my end, Chris offered to swap brackets with a third party several years after I'd initially bought them. That, folks, is admirable customer service.
