Well I figured I'd make a thread of the progression that my 77 blazer has been through so here it goes.
Here she is the day I brought her home, I used to love driving around town when it was stock. The 400 that came in it ran ok, but I got tired of that all time 203 very quickly
It wasnt long until I decided I wanted to wheel it. It was so hard cutting into such a beatiful truck, but there was a lil rust that needed some tending to. I slapped a 4'' lift and a 14 bolt on her and threw some 37" MT/Rs and went wheelin.
Don't hate me so much because the paint was not as good as it looked. It was peeling and flaking within the first month I had it. They didnt prep or use good paint.
I wheeled it like that for awhile and soon got tired of the open diffs and excessive sheetmetal so I welded up the rear threw a shackle flip on the rear along with some 56" springs and started cutting...oh and doubler time!
Pismo trip
Snip Snip
The 350 I had dropped in was getting tired and I wasn't having the bulky front end anymore so.... I bought a 91 tbi 350 and brought the front fender together.
All together I ended up cutting 6" out of each side of the core support

on the west coast, and it is a cool build, and it does look like you had alot of fun but wow, it's enough to make us east coast rust belters cry.
