L.E.D. Headlights

Hello . I'm new to the site . My issue. I have an '84 K5 with a new Painless harness. But core support and grille are '90 Jimmy. All lighting has been changed to L.E.D. without issue EXCEPT headlights. Any ideas ?

I planned on using European metric sized PIAA or Cibie head light housings and brighter PIAA halogen bulbs.... That was prior to LED ... Not sure what's out there in a metric bulb size.
