I ordered up a increased capacity transmission pan, holds three quarts extra. Will I have to lengthen filter pickup or anything like that?

It should come with an extension for the filter. 4WD versions of the Turbo 400 came from the factory with a deeper pan and an extension for the filter, so yours should work fine.
