Any dents or dings in the tubing? Are the splines rusty on the slip yoke? if, not I'll probably take it.

No dent, ding or anything else bad. Just a little surface corrosion on the outside you see there. A greasy wrag would take most of it off.

Couple more pics
The spline count is 31 or 32 depending.
There is a missing spline for proper indexind on the t-case output shaft.
31 splines with one missing or 32. Not sure how it is techinically referred to.
1.85" outside diameter input shaft.
And 56" shaft outside yoke to outside yoke, 4" diameter tube.
