Larger lift for 1 ton

ok. what you could do is see if they make some 8" rear 56" springs. then a shackle flip. and 2" blocks i guess. they wouldnt have the much axle wrap. that right there is 15 to equal to the front.

regardless of 52s or 56s, its till not going to flex much. for mud it will be fine, but in terms of versitility, it wont have much. that chevy on 49's does look nice tho.

will 60/14b hold up? if you got a decent amount of power (which you will desperately need seeing as the lowest u can go with 14b is 5.38s) and with a locker i would be willing to be youd snap them very quickly.

if you ran d60 with 40spline or maybe a d70 upfront and converted it to open knuckle (you can do that right?) and then ran a 11.5" D80 rear or AAM 11.5" you might be able to get by. but then you got problems finding gear ratios that will work. easiest way to run 54's would be rock's 2.5t's or 5t

maybe im wrong, just my .02

they will flex more, but with that much arch, they wont flex that much. the flatter the springs are, the more they will tend to flex. 2-5" lifted springs usually flex the best in pretty much all lengths from what ive seen

i like 2.5 tons with 54" swammpers it would look massive and you can run over little cars and mini trucks on the free way!!!LOL
