Observing from the rear it looks like the wheel is wobbling.

Front or rear tire? I'd say it sure wouldn't help any...I'd replace the rim.

Its the tire. And its on the rear, passenger side

So the rim is true but the tire has run-out? I wonder if poor storage could cause that? You would think they would come out of the mold the same each time...

They said the belt could have shifted or something to that effect. Anyhow, I swapped it out with the spare and the spare is alot better. So I'll use the wobbly for the spare now.
