Leaf Spring alignment hole size

Quick question: What size is the hole in the leafs that you put the alignment bolt through? Is it 3/8?

Usually it's a 3/8 -24 which is a fine thread socket head cap screw. SAometimes you have grind the outside of the head a little to make it fit.
