Trying to identify the front lift springs in my new 90 Blazer. The PO said four inches, looks about right and there are four inch blocks in rear. But I can't find out what the front lift springs are even after searches? Numbers are 11211 and 80-001866

Take pics of the front springs at both ends and the whole pack.

Hmm, google doesn't like me. Thanks.

Are these popular or at least reliable? They seem to ride a little hard. It's got rancho 5000 shocks. Is there a rear spring avaialble in 2.5? ORD has a 2.5 shackle flip don't they? I'd like to lose the rear lift blocks when I install the Dana 44 front and 14 bolt rear.

BDS or Tough Country.

Procomp has one of the stiffest spring rates out there.
Has anyone tried to pull a leaf out of the ProComp springs? Which one? Safety issues? I'll be adding a winch and front bumper soon so the stiffer spring may help or even ride good with the sway bar off?

Pull the sway bar with a Pro comp lift. It will soften up the front a little. Doubt if you will notice any difference in body roll. Unless you plan on road racing it:D.
If you want to pull a leaf to soften it up. Take out the second leaf from the bottom.
No safety issues. But it is more apt to break a spring if you really flex it out on rocks.

Ha! No road racing... just thinking how to smooth up the ride a little but don't want to end up with a body roll feel! Since I will be wheeling I'll pull the sway bar and give it a shot. I've done that before in a Scout and it was way to soft at highway speeds. Also a 06 TJ and it rode and handled nice unless you were road racing.
