Leaf spring leave removal

I have a set of tuff country 3" rear springs and a ORD Shackleflip, I need to lower the rear of the truck 1" or so, I want to pull 1 leaf out of the spring pack. Which leave should I pull?

The spring pack has 4 leaves and an overload. I can pull the 3rd or forth leaf

remove the over load and it will ride the same and just dont load the crap out of it. this will get you about what you want. if new springs then thay will sag a bit over time.
