I wouldn't bother with locktite,but I'd put never-seize on all the bolts !..
You could remove the new bushings a few different ways--pressing them out is probably best,but you'll need to take the springs to a nachine shop--might be able to draw them out using threaded rod and two sockets,or use a drill bit to drill thru the rubber around the sleeves ,then pop the sleeve out,get rid of the rubber ,and then collapse the outer shell with a chisel until it comes out of the spring eye...
The poly bushings are much easier to change than a stock rubber one,peing a twoi peice design,but they tend to make the truck ride harsher and some squeak so much they'll drive you batty,even if well greased..sure you dont want to keep the new stock bushings and maybe use them up,THEN put the poly ones in later on?..
