My driver side front leaf sags about 1/2 more than my pass. side. If I get them re-arched will they sag at the same rate as each other over time, or will the driver side sag at a faster rate again?

When I went from 35s to 39.s on my old Jeep, I had the fronts arched... never do it again. They sagged way to quick.

Cant say this would happen on all springs... but it did for me.

Rearching springs sucks. You end up with harsh riding springs that quickly sag down.

Obsolete tech.

Eh, every set I ever road on or saw were like iron beams but who knows.

So whats the solution on this, new springs every X years of less

Pretty much... The higher quality springs like Devers or Alcan may last longer.

Look into what warranty is offered by the spring manufacturer you choose. I have had one of my Skyjacker front springs swapped under warranty free of charge because it started sagging significantly more than the other.
