ok so im low on funds and just need to get my frame rolling so i planed on making some arches out of some square tubing i have laying around just so i can put my axle back under the truck and get it rolling until i can get some 56's.

Does anyone know how far from the bottom of the leaf spring pack to the bolt holes in the end is? any ideas will be helpful thanks

im not looking to buy springs right now, im in college and just bought a motor for my blown up DD so i dont have any money for springs i just want to get my frame temporarely rolling

****! if you were closer, I'd just give you the 56 rears and the stockers under the front of my crewcab

that would be pretty convient but seeing as your in utah and im in kentucky i dont think its going to happen but thanks anyway

i realize you said youre broke, but hell you could take back a weeks worth of beer cans, and have enough money to buy the springs...

I think they were like 12 bucks apiece when i got em from a junkyard.

* oh wait. you cant return cans for money in kentucky can you>?

I just went down and roughly measured mine, Id say about 5 1/2" with the springs installed...

I understand budgets, but you'll spend more on tubing to make replacement spacers in place of springs.

Hold off until you can buy used springs.
