Looking for a set of original height front springs for a K5. Someone lift theirs and need to get rid of some springs?

I have a fresh take off of three leaf fronts from my 90 burb. Central tx.

I think blazers are two leaf set ups right?

Could be 3. I may have a 2 leaf set, out of a k20 burb. If i do they haven't been in a truck since the mid 90s

Thanks, but I'm up in Ogden, north of Salt Lake.

If you plan to keep it . Just buy a pair of new 3 leaf pack . Our newest stock is 40+ years old .

I have used these guys a few times good results . 1000002159.jpg

Replacing mine due to major sagging. Going with a 4" lift.

That’s a great idea. I’m definitely going to keep it for years to come, but I’m not 100% sold on stock height. Wanted to try it out for a bit to see if I like it better than the 2” rough country kit I bought it with. Ultimately, I’m trying to get a controlled and compliant ride on 33’s.

There first problem rough country = about hardest ride springs for our trucks .

I would do 3leaf like i showed and a set of zero rates and bilstien shocks for a good start close to what you have but better ride .

I appreciate the insight. Was really hoping these springs were the problem. That means it can be fixed!

I redid a guys truck from rough country 6" all spring to a mix of stock replacment / tuff country / and lift parts from ORD . When he drove it home he was blown away . And there is even better options out there for better ride .

Man the 2.5 skyjackers are like a 425 spring rate. Pretty pleasing to a small block blazer.

I've heard really good things about the Tuff Country EZ rides. Greg's Restorations built one some years ago that I'm ultimately trying to loosely replicate, and I believe they used Tuff Country on Bilsteins.

Good to know. I called Rough Country about the one I have, and they said theirs was a 294 spring rate. Jury's out as to whether I believe them still...lol

Have you checked your local junkyards? Might find what you need

Not real thoroughly. It’s been wet and rainy lately. One of them doesn’t distinguish between K5s and S15s. Got snaked by them once already.
