Leaking brake lines

I installed my new procomp braided steel brake lines and put my new warn hubs on.

Now the prob i am having is my front brake lines are leaking and i cant get them to stop.

i used new copper crush washers and new banjo bolts, i didnt over tighten them and i'm pretty sure they arent too lose.

any idea what i am doin wrong ?

No one else had this prob when installing the braided lines? everything was really clean before i put it back together.
