LEAKING DIFF FLUID

i installed new gears in my 89 10 bolt and now im leaking diff fluid out of the where the pinion goes into the diff, is it a messud up crush leaf or what? Help me quick /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Sounds like the pinion seal got messed up....OR...it is leaking where the spline on the pinion gear meet the splines on the yoke. A little RTV will cure the latter.

Yes, it is a crush leaf !
the leaf crushed the seal instead of the bearing, and now its leaking. Replace the crush leaf, and the seal,
and do not forget the pinion bearing pre-load, very
important !
