1987 K10. My proportioning valve is leaking a ton from the line that goes to the rear brakes. Is there any way to find seals for this thing or am I just better off replacing it? If I need to replace it, what brand do you recommend replacing it with?

You can buy a new prop valve for about $70 these days. Odds of finding the actual seals you need are slim. I took several used ones apart looking for a good seal for someone once, none of them survived removal.
