how is the seal area on the spindle? and have you put in the seal correctly? i have made the mistake before and it sucks. also check your case vent. it could be pluged.

i did put it on right and i did clean the spindle, also checked the seal on the spindle and im not sure its leaking out of the actual seal

You might need a speedy sleeve to to seal it up. I think I saw an article at Pirate showing how to do it.

First make very sure the surface that the seal rides on is not only clean, but smooth. Then make sure your wheel bearings are adjusted properly.

Mine leaked from both sides with new seals so I put on speedy sleeves. I can tell you from experience that O'rielly's has them at the best price.
