hey does any one know where my trans is leaking i have a 72 c10 pickup thatkeeps leaking trans fluid into my transfer case i pulled the transfer case this weekend and the seal in the mounting bracket looks good but trans fluid is leaking from the splined shaft my tranny was just rebuilt and the shop that did it claims it is nothing they did but its leaking fluid from the trans. if any one knows of any fixes for this while my transfer case is out i would appriciate it

thats funny i have never seen a 2x4 with a tcase. c=2wd k=4wd

Don't quote me but some like the seal in the transfer not the trans as a 350 has a wet tailshaft and that fluid is there for the connection between the trans and transfer. I think the input seal on the t case needs to be replaced. The seal on the adapter is ok if you have no trans fluid on the ground.
