I had my np241 re-sealed just over a year ago to solve a serious leak. ($$$) And now this....

Is there any sort of sealent that I can lay a bead of around the outside of the seal that won't get eaten away from the ATF? -Basically not taking the transfer case out, just putting something on the outside. To give you an idea of the leak...each night a dinner plate sized puddle of ATF is waiting for me under my truck /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif

Maybe JB Weld would work? /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

Maybe a silly question but did you try to tighten the bolts? It might help

No question is a silly question around here (except maybe "Are you naked?") Anyways...No I haven't tried to tighten them /forums/images/graemlins/doah.gif
