Does anyone out there know of, work for or have contact with a non profit expert? We are running into legal issues with the way Blazer Bash has been run. Might cost me a small fortune to fix.

If they specialize in non profits. Called 4 local to us. Not helpful. And a CPA gave us bad info on closing the Colorado business that almost cost us $4k in penalties for not filing the closure at the right time. Eileen begged out of those fines.
You have to file the closure at a certain time? Time of year?
When you file to terminate a company in any state, you have to file the same with the feds within 30 days. We closed WW Williams, inc on June 1st. Did normal end of year tax filling for the closure per CPA directions. We were dinged $2k each as owners for not filing by June 30th with the feds.
