Let\'s Play \"What\'s it worth\"

I need some opinions as to what a reasonable asking price is for my 79 K5. The thing has a great drive train 350/350/203, 3" suspension lift, new tires, exhaust and brakes. The problem is major rust, all the standard stuff including 3 bad body mounts. Pretty rough looking but great drivetrain. It's been my daily driver for 3 years. Anybody got any ideas.

I'm not trying to sell it here, I've already got a buddy who wants it, just not sure what a fair price is.

Whats the mileage on the "great drive train?" /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif If its over 30k, I would sell it to a bud for $500, and anyone else $850-1000. If its under 30k, then it might be worth a few more hundred dollars.

The tranny has about 10,000 and the engine about 15,000. Thanks for the reply and the $0.02
