Here's my '95 K2500. I use it as my DD to keep the mileage off my Dmax... :D It's not bad for having 180k miles on it. The 454 is a thirsty bastige though...

Sorry for the poser shot...:pimp:

heres a poser shot of my daily driver a while back, its got a 5.3 with headers, flowmasters, reprogrammed computer, bigger cam, roller rockers, K&N FIPK kit, RCD 6" lift and 35's with 4.10 gears, it dynoed at 392 rear wheel horsepower, its amazing the power you can get out of the new small blocks. and thats my ugly mug standing next to it.

To keep the miles off my Dmax for one. And another reason is that where I work, people have a tendancy not to know how to drive and park. I'd much rather ding up my 95 than my nice '03.

Plus the duramax would get me into way too much trouble with almost 1000lb/ft of torque at the rear wheels. ( it moves ) :D

Heres my current DD 97 GMC 350 5 speed K&N, reprogramed, swiss cheesey true dual with 2" (I need to change to 2 5/8) 18" long glasspacks (mangnaflows in the future) and hi flow cats. Superlift upper A-arms new keyways rancho 5000 shocks on the front. About 4.5" measured lift. Absolutly no lift in the rear. Sits just slightly higher in the front (most people dont notice and think its level). It has 265/75/16 BFG AT's. I bought it from my previous employer for $1000. I spent another $1500 fixing it up includeing the lift. The front axle wont engauge havent spent the time to figure it out. Oh and it has 265,XXX original miles and still runs like a top, no major component changes. I lifted it this way because of previous expieriance with lift kits, AND i wanted the clearance in the front rather than an ugly drop subframe. Future plans are to make it look like a pre-runner glass fenders, bedsides, bumpers, and roll bar(?) in the bed. When the engine finally gets too tired ill drop a blown GM ZZ383 crate engine in it.

My '07 Dmax:

'07 Silverado 1LT Dmax/ Alli, stock except: Line-Xed bed, U.W.S. tool box, 265/75 Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armors. Have used it to tow only once so far but, it was great! Towed a 6K lb trailer/parts Blazer from PA to NC, even hit snow in VA mountains, gotta love the engine braking when manually shifting the 6spd Alli into 3rd! Bought the truck new April 7th, I have put 16,000 miles on it already! If I had the money, I'd be really tempted to SAS it so, I guess it's probably good that I am broke!:D

Here is a picture of my daily driver, a 1996 GMC K1500 W/T

Has a 4.3L / NV3500 / NP241. Bone stock suspension with 245/75R16s. Has 85 000 miles on the clock :)
