lets see those olive drab painted trucks!

Just FYI, but a lot of these trucks with the darker and/or brighter greens are using the more modern green woodland colors. Olive Drab hasn't been used in a good long time on our military equipment.

This is 383 CARC Green (well, the green parts are)

That does look more olive drabberer than the CARC green on mine.

dosent some of the OD green they used on airplanes and a few other things cancerous.....i read that on a few sites a couple years ago......

CARC isn't healthy for you for sure. It's got all sorts of chemical resistant, light absorbing, etc properties that have unhealthy side effects if you cut, sand, apply, etc the paint without proper breathing equipment.

Yup. Don't do much sanding/grinding on those HMMWV's and other MV's you get without a breathing mask.

Close enough.
Eh, some of the "olive drabs" out there are much "brighter" than their original counter parts. True WWII spec olive drab is much flatter and more olive than anything CARC or woodland green. However tell that to the shmoes at bob's spray paint cannery.

Gotta love that Jet Fuel smell. Get a little on you and it's like the worst cologne in the world until you SCRUB it off several hours later.

I've been doused with it before...gag...Eau De Jet A anyone?

You beat me.

Your customers are bigger though.:D:wink1:
