Lift advice/questions

I'm looking at a 6" lift on my 77 k10. I intend on a 6" spring lift up front, but I'm not sure what to do with the rear. Either a 4" shackle flip with 2" springs or 6" springs. What are the advantages/disadvantages to either?

If you do a shackle flip it will ride alot better than using a 6" lift spring.
