lift and axle questions

i am taking my 4 inch springs off the front of my blazer and getting some 8inch soft ride springs with a shackle flip for the rear. i have had my rear drive shaft lengthened when i put my ff14bolt in but the front wasnt since i lifted it.how much longer should it be for the front and rear?

Don't mean to highjack thread but what ya going to do with the springs you are removing. I am lowering my daily driver alittle and was looking for a set of springs. I am located in Grayson GA so I might be close to you. Let me know.

i didn't have to lengthen my front at all. the back you'll just have to measure
