lift - e-brake extensions?

With my new lift, it seems my e-brake cables are way to short and get tied up in the leaf springs. Is there anyway to extend these? Or maybe new ones I can get?

i have seen extension kits for them i dont remeber if they were specifically for our truck though. but it would be just as easy and probably better to just go get some cable at the hardware store and make new ones.
