Hey guys, my stock suspension is sagging pretty badly. I'm wantin to lift the truck 2" but I dont want to replace my 2 year old load-adjusting shocks as I love the way they perform. Just want to know if I really need to change out the shocks for this small of a lift. This is for an 86 k5 with the quad shocks that will see only street use and fire trails as it is my dd. my rear shocks are the monroe coilovers that i need for towing our boat.

The only way to know for sure is to flex the rig as it is now and take some measurements . You may get lucky and have enough shock length .

I'm pretty sure you'll be alright the 2 inch of lift will probably bring you back to stock height, since your springs are sagging.
