Lift problems

I'm going to be doing a lift on my '79 Blazer and I keep reading all of these posts about driveline vibrations.
Did most of you have problems like this after a lift? I'm starting to wonder if it's going to be worth the hassle.
I'm only planning a 4" lift using a shackle flip in the rear.

I have a 4" lift with no problems at all. I have superlift 4" HD springs up front and shackle flipped rear. Be sure to buy some 2 degree or more shims for the rear if you do the homemade shackle flip. You will need to shim the pinion down.
