I came across a 2 inch suspension lift for my k5. Question i have is do i need to change my pitman arm and steering arm? What else will need adjustment?

you shouldnt have to adjust anything with that small of a lift. if your steering feels lose then you could. i would also suggest an XJ shaft

The only adjustment would be the draglinks. Your steering wheel will be off, but with 2" no steering arm or pitman arm is needed
