im looking for a 4 inch lift and im wondering what style lift will work for me best. i have a 90 k5 its my dd but i enjoy hitting the trail to so can i get away with blocks on the back and leafs in the front?

i personally would go with a set of front springs (i like tuff country, and skyjackers) and the rear i would do a shackle flip and keep the stock springs. i had a 4" tuff country on a 83 k5 i used to own and it rode better then stock, as for the rear blocks , you can, but ,with the benefits of a shackle flip and the relative cheap price, that's how i would do it.

flip kit benefits

ORD is actually havin a sale on them right now and yes the k5 model is on sale. the other benefit to the flip kit is eventually u can really start doin some trick upgrades where as the blocks your just going to throw away. i personally want to do the flip kit and then get 56" deavers  ?

Definitely want 4 one inch stacked blocks with advance auto u bolts :P

Another vote for shackle flip here but I would spec $50 more and get kerts.

okay but how much a the front leafs on project uav there like tough country ez ride 4'' lift

Springs and a flip kit....you can probably find a raised steering arm in the classfieds here, maybe extended brake lines too.
