Lifted Duallies: How to fit big tires?

Yah i imagine there is some frame flex, but that's a lot of space between the fender and tire.

Those are CRAZY!!! Cool looking, but completely ridiculous at the same time. Look at the pic of black Chevy that shows front suspension and driveline angle. How does that driveshaft even turn coming out of the transfer case at that angle?

I have to admit those trucks look cool as hell. I wonder how they ride?
